- Acquire new customers and monitor to achieve sales plan.
- Prepare service level agreement and offer logistics service solutions to customers, sales contract, credit line.
- Coordinate with Operation team, LPC, carrier team and accounting team to provide services in accordance with the service level agreement or standard process and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and visit existing customers to achieve revenue plan as well as acquiring new opportunities/customers to serve logistics service solutions.
- Acquire customers' requirements and design logistics solution with carrier management team and operation team. Then offer logistics service solution to the customers.
- Monitoring and collecting payment from customers as the committed credit term.
- Reporting Sales Progress/Result/Plan, customer satisfaction/feedback, market situation to Sales Manager and Management Team.
- Supporting for other Jobs and new project that is assigned by Sales Manager and Management
