[SCG-TPCVN] - IT Staff/ Helpdesk SCG Vietnam

This position will support to maintain the computer systems of Company, ensure that they run smoothly and provide technical support as well as advice to computer users, including main tasks as: - End user support & troubleshooting regarding computer software and hardware, including Microsoft 365 services. - Instruct users to use computer effectively and avoid the computer trouble. - Install, configure, and upgrade software, including applications, operating system and Microsoft Dynamics AX system (if any). - Configure and maintain server, local area network, Wi-Fi network, firewall, internet connection and e-mail system and their security. - Maintain and repair printer and office equipment. - Monitor repairing and inventory record of computer, printer, network devices and office equipment. - Perform proactive and preventive maintenance for computer equipment. - Prepare Instruction manual if necessary. - Perform other work and duties as required.

- Bachelor degree with major in Information Technology - At least 2-year experience - Have knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365 services, SQL Database - Preferable for experience in Dynamics AX - Fluently communication in English - Co-operative & teamwork mind in work
