- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Performing website content updates, producing newsletters/contents, key messages, and posts designed to drive traffic, promote audience engagement, and support company objectives.
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Execute tests, collect, and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify market trends and competitive advantages.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase digital traffic and engagement based on these insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Coordinate for necessary requirement to run CPAS – Collaborative Ads.
