1. Social Content
- Be in charge of Social Content strategy & planning for daily content in brand’s owned channels (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, website…); for brand’s campaigns (both owned channels & social outreach); yearly plan for brand’s owned channels development
- Manage retainer social agency to ensure quality of their deliverables following strictly brand’s guideline/ objective and meeting most taste of brand’s audiences
- Work with creative agency/ production house/ internal production team to produce key assets such as KV, TVC, hero videos/ photo album
- Cooperate with related departments to accomplish communication goals
- Well-managed social issues with Content Supervisor & direct management
2. Campaign Content
- Be in charge of campaign content planning & execution to meet campaign’s objective & requirements
- Localise materials (copywrite & translate/ translation review): product information, tagline, text copy, website, POSM, other global materials
- Manage launch event livestream – outline & script, audiences interaction activity, livestream agency management… by closed corporation with other teams & partners
- Mainly be in charge of Content Planning & Execution of other adhoc projects not under Campaign Planners
3. Content necessary administration tasks/ procedure with Admin guide & support
