- SC Development Senior Executive is responsible for assisting SC Development Manager in improving the MM Mega Market’s Supply Chain overall performance in order to meet the business requirements and customer service such as: - Solving late delivery/ not delivery made by suppliers; - Setting activities to improve stock availability and on shelf availability; - Managing supplier collaboration programs (KPIs tracking; root-cause analysis and correction plans); - Implement article master data process notes (prepare analysis and correction plans); - Improving order replenishment process (automatic order consolidation approaches and rush order management); - And on top be responsible for all initiatives and projects within Supply Chain Management’s scope. * ROLES: - To be a coordinator in initiative project - To be responsible for go-live / rolling out new application / process and maintain it. - To be responsible for current projects: EDI, JBP. - Find out opportunities to improve Supply Chain * KEY RESULT AREAS * Supply Chain collaboration: - Measure and drive supplier performance against pre-defined targets (fill-rate, late delivery, delivery lead-time, stock day, stock availability. - Development and drive supplier collaboration framework with focused group of suppliers (Joint Business Plan). - Supply Chain order replenishment: - Ensure effective order replenishment parameters (orders vs delivery schedule, delivery lead-time, delivery flow-type). - Drive automatic indirect order consolidation approach which aims to increase internal working efficiency. - Drive article master data fill-rate and quality-rate as well as being responsible for article master data cleansing initiatives. * Supply Chain continuous improvement: - Lead internal supply chain continuous project and initiative (rail-card audit, gap check, on shelf availability (OSA) and stock availability (SA). - Responsible for go-live / rolling out of new applications / processes that are assigned by the corporate or region and maintain it. - Set activities to improve stock availability and on shelf availability. - Implement article master data process notes (prepare analysis and correction plans). - Continuously figure out opportunities to improve supply chain in terms of process efficiency, dynamic, cost optimization and acceptable service level. * Supply Chain technology: - Support line manager in driving the application within Supply Chain which includes Supplier Portal web. - Support line manager in implement the new technology projects of Supplier Chain Management.

- University/College degree - Love to do admin & paperwork - Knowledge and experience in supply chain / logistics / controlling / operation field or related ones - Clear and good communication - Fair in English - Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point). - Hard working. - Dynamic, honest and reliable - Team work, social skills and persistence - Self disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
