- Responsible for mass recruitment - Perform recruitment & selection process based on recruitment plan to ensure timely provision of recruitment services to relevant departments - Planning mass recruitment for the team, for the target of the team based on the general plan - Estimate, propose, and manage the budget/cost of recruitment activities - Report, analyze and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods at each stage - Manage, support, and make plans to develop team members - Co-ordinate with C&B and others for report/problem/solution... - Make sure the Team works based on the process of recruitment (interviewing, onboarding, record document, ....) - Manage and develop candidate database (use efficient digital marketing/Online services such as Facebook, zalo,.. for recruitment), maintained regular relations with partners to provide head-hunting services, developed suitable candidates selected cultural and organizational needs - Updated information about the market situation, recruitment, and recruitment program proposed to improve the efficiency of recruitment - Manage direct (management) & indirect positions (through the recruitment team) - Sourcing resumes, and interviewing and presenting suitable candidates for Dept. Heads’ review (direct positions) - Responsible for the full cycle of search and recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations for successful placements - Managing the range of salary and giving advice to the team - Cooperate with head-hunt agencies if any - Organize and deliver induction program to new employees - Support to conduct other training activities assigned by Managers.

- Paid 100% of salary in 02 probation months; - Paid nearly full salary for social insurance - Take premium health insurance after passing probation - Review for increasing salary once or twice for outstanding yearly - Give bonus on KPIs at year-end - Take part in team building and health check-up once yearly

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. - Candidate must have a basic knowledge of digital marketing/ Online services. Prefer a candidate as Recruitment Supervisor of Mass recruitment position. - Required skill(s): Recruitment, Interview and Selection, Time management skills, Planning, Communication skill, Problem Identification, and Solving. - At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment or staffing.
