* Job purpose - Planning and overseeing product development projects at FRIWO Vietnam, from concept phase to SOP (start of production) * Job duties - Lead all the activities of project management team, train and guide subordinates, and be responsible for setting up and achieving team targets - Gather detailed product specifications from customer, cost calculation and clarify uncertainties with R&D and other related departments - Define project time plan with clear milestones and phases, identify critical path and at the same time derive measures for the minimization of risks, and align with related functions on the plan - Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and be responsible for internal and external project communications; distribute, prioritize and follow up work packages of the project teams - Check availability and confirm contents of important documents prepared by R&D for production - Initiate and follow up R&D prototyping and EPR run, collect and support solving the quality and process issues found during the runs properly - Follow up material preparation for R&D prototyping and EPR run, collaborate with related departments to solve material shortage and delivery delays - Act as a contact point at R&D for other manufacturing sites (e.g., joint venture) for technical and documental enquiry - Continuously carry out target vs. actual comparisons regarding the project goals (time and costing aspects), bring projects back on track, and report the project status to management on a regular basis.

- Bachelor degree in any majors under engineering or business management fields - At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of project management/coordination experience in product development/engineering/manufacturing fields - Other relevant requirements + High fluency in English, basic knowledge of German language is a plus + Good communication capability with a wide variety of stakeholders + Ability to work independently + Preferably basic knowledge of project management tools and ERP systems + Preferably experience in managing a team of 2-3 members
