- Responsible for seeking new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts. - Generating sales pipelines and keenly following up/grasping till securing the account and /or reporting obstacles as the challenge to management for resolving to achieve better goals. - Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling. - Trying the best and coordinating with other departments to achieve the agreed sales targets and making an effective plan for each upcoming quarter of a year. - Regularly visiting existing accounts to validate our service levels and develop new revenue streams as upsales. - Mastering market information and improving overall business development through weekly/monthly sales meetings. - Supporting customer service team as well as working closely with other teams. - Follow up and co-ordinate with financial department for outstanding amount collection - Performing other tasks requested by Superior.
