Your role
- Recruitment Support
- Manage job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Screen potential candidates and advise hiring positions.
- Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring KPIs/KGIs.
- Track hiring progress and report on recruitment metrics.
- Employer Branding
- Create engaging content to promote the company’s culture and values.
- Contribute to social media and online branding initiatives to increase awareness.
- Collaborate with the team to design campaigns and develop company visibility.
- Track branding KPIs and provide reports on performance.
- Admin task
- Help organize events that create a vibrant and positive workplace for our young talents, such as office parties, sports clubs, English clubs, company trips, and job fairs.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the HR team.
