- Orient all Human Resources areas: operations, attraction & talent management. - Develop working performance management as company’s policies - Maintain HR systems and processes - Draft the labour contracts - Corporate with accounting department to maintain pay plan and time sheets - Conduct performance and salary reviews - Provide support and guidance to HR staff - Analyze trends in compensation and benefits - Design and implement employee retention strategies - Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. - Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Thu), 8:00 - 17:00 (Fri), Sat work from home

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute - 5 years and more experiences in same position - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, included tax, insurance, and PIT - Have knowledge of CIT is an plus point - Ability to lead team, ensure everything meet deadlines - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. - Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance - with employment regulations
