We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Manager to lead and manage the visual identity and design strategies of our company.
This role will oversee the development and execution of all visual-related projects, ensuring the client’s brand consistency, and alignment with the company’s goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong UX-UI background, leadership skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful visual experiences.
- Quality and Timely Delivery:
Oversee all design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. - Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with colleagues in development, marketing, product management, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of visual solutions into project workflows. - Design Systems and Guidelines:
Develop and maintain robust design systems, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in design projects.
Implement best practices and establish standards to enhance the quality of design outputs. - Evaluate and Improve Visual Processes:
Continuously evaluate and improve design processes, fostering creativity and innovation.
Implement new methodologies and technologies to stay at the forefront of design trends. - Train and Develop Team Members:
Train and develop team members’ skills through mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Build a positive working environment that encourages growth and learning. - Performance Evaluations:
