- Requesting for Price / Quotation with LSPs. - Controlling LSP Bidding. - Negotiating, evaluating and selecting LSPs. - Cooperating with Legal team to sign service supplement contract and solve relate issues. - Managing LSPs and maintaining LSP relationship. - Sourcing quality LSPs for various selection of LSP pool. - Cooperating with Operation team and related parties to investigate and report Irregular cases (cargo damages, incidents, etc.) to BOD. - Requesting claim and following up claim process until finished payment. - Following whole operations procedures and solving any issue or complaint from whole process until completed. - Maintaining relationships with clients / LSPs by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements. - Sourcing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating LSPs’ potential elements in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. - Fulfilling other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and local management. - Cooperating with all related parties to support operation inquiries.

- College or university graduated, preferred in economics / commercial / foreign trade - Background in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding. - Fluent in English (reading / speaking / listening) - Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system - Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task - Able to work overtime - Able to analysis the market - Able survey marketing/customer/Competitor data. - Able to negotiate/discuss/persuade to Customers/vendors/LSPs… - Minimum 1-2 years of equivalent position, preferred experienced workers in logistics / forwarding companies - Proficient in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint) - Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Possess the characteristics of diligence, dynamic, carefulness and hard-working - Fluent in English (reading / speaking / listening)
