- Handle booking request from nominated & free hand customers. - Filling air freight rate with airline/ co-loader - Quote Air Freight rate to agents/ clients - Follow SOPs (Standard Operation procedure) and shipping instructions - Communicate with customers & related parties to ensure all shipments are expedited timely & properly in compliance with customer’s requirements, handling instructions - Being contact window with airlines / co-loader for all issues related to documentation, cargo tracing, operations… to handle the shipping and customers’ inquiries effectively - Other tasks as assigned by Head of Department
