Assistant Lab Manager (Temp 6-8 months) CÔNG TY TNHH TÜV RHEINLAND VIỆT NAM

Responsible for achieving the local BF commercial targets (P&L), including sales, costs and EBIT; · Responsible for definition of local BF strategy (taking explicit account of global and regional BF strategy) as well as implementing and controlling; · Responsible for the product portfolio of the BF including innovation, relaunch and elimination of products (taking explicit account of global and regional BF strategy); · Responsible for implementing performance processes, IT-tools and quality management within the local BF on the basis of global and regional policies and in coordination with the relevant Service Functions; · Responsible for implementation of technical requirements related to relevant accreditation standards; · Responsible for know-how application in the local area; · Disciplinary and technical responsibility for the employees of the particular local BF. · Adherence to and implementation of corporate guidelines and regulations · Fully responsible for daily operation and development Softlines Testing services includes Footwear and Leather, Materials and Consumables, Toys and Food testing services; · Review & sign test report and ensure laboratory works efficiently and effectively to deliver necessary services, correctness of testing results; · Create, implement/ enforce use of standard quality documents, ensure that accreditations for existing and new business are maintained; · Cooperate with Sales and or Marketing in technical support, update information of relate new regulations, customer care (seminar, training); · Accomplish human resources objectives, such as recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining direct-report employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical. - At least 5 years' working experiences in B2B services providing with practical experience and team management experience - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices of consumer products testing services; - Must be business-focused and have the ability to translate business goals to global and regional strategies.
