* Job Purpose - Response for successful implementation ERP/software solutions (HATS and other ERP Software Solutions…) according to the requirements of each project. - HATS: the most trusted and accurate employee assessment tools in the industry. The tools help managers throughout the entire HR process, helping companies become more productive and efficient, leading to increased profitability. - Response for the execution relating to sales and partnerships to robust the business development of the organization. - This position shall make a report to the Manager on a daily and weekly schedule respectively. * Job Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs . - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking and the list from marketing. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. - Follow up on opportunity with estimate/proposal and clarify clients’ requirements. - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. - Negotiate/close deals and work with account manager or technical teams to handle complaints or objections. - Support team members to achieve better results. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the related teams.

- Proven experience as a Senior Executive or relevant role with minimum of 4 years of experience. - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role with minimum of 2 years of experience. - Intermediate English (TOEIC ≥ 600, TOEFL iBT ≥ 64, IELTS ≥ 5.0 or any similar certificates). - Can use MS Office. - Hands-on experience with software industry is a plus. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Fast learner and passion for sales. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
