- Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners within the blockchain industry.

- Initiate communication with potential partners to explore integration and collaboration opportunities.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners.

- Assist in creating partnership proposals and drafting agreements.

- Represent Esol Labs at industry events and conferences, establishing connections with prospective partners.

- Engage with potential partners and the community through online platforms like Twitter Spaces, Discord and other communities.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the industry.

- Negotiable income (upto 10m) + attractive commission

- 2-month probation period with 80% salary

- Participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as regulated by labor laws.

- Strong passion for blockchain technology and its ongoing developments. - Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to perform independent working as well as teamwork.

- Detail-oriented and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in using Notion.

- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 months of probationary period.

- Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus.
