- Collect, control and manage textbooks orders as well as inventories for centres. - Assist with updating reports/ documents as required for optimized accuracy and compliance. - Check the system to make sure the centres follow the regulations and compliance strictly. - Provide coaching to partners/customers and staff. - Work with the IT department to fix the problems related to the system. - Work closely with relevant functions/departments to run tasks smoothly. - Enthusiastically perform all activities that are requested by ILA.
