● Working with the Product Development Manager for a new product concept.
● Searching for new cosmetic & supplement suppliers domestically and internationally.
● Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for related products.
● Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with Product Manager
● Supervise the direct development process
● Design & create product training material
● Discuss with the sales/CS team for problems and queries of customers and provide satisfied solutions
● Develop idea to design combo and combine product to competitive and efficient
● Other duties assigned by the direct line manager.

- Làm việc với Product Development Manager để đề xuất ý tưởng sản phẩm mới
- Tìm kiếm nhà cung cấp nội địa và quốc tế ngành Mỹ Phẩm & Thực phẩm chức năng
- Chọn lựa nhà cung cấp và đàm phán giá cả cạnh tranh cho các sản phẩm liên quan.
- Quản lý quá trình phát triển trực tiếp và thương mại hóa sản phẩm.
- Thiết kế và xây dựng tài liệu đào tạo toàn diện cho các sản phẩm mới.
- Phát triển ý tưởng thiết kế combo và kết hợp sản phẩm mang tính cạnh tranh và hiệu quả
- Thảo luận với đội ngũ Sales/ CS về vấn đề và thắc mắc của khách hàng, cung cấp các giải pháp thỏa đáng
