- Maintain and optimize the CRM system. - As a CRM system expert, overseeing customer databases, policies, and procedures. - Monitor daily CRM operations and sales follow-up. - Implement loyalty-focused customer relationship management strategies. - Train team members in CRM system operation. - Handle daily customer complaints, supporting Sales and After-Sales. - Generate regular reports on customer data and feedback. - Conduct daily phone surveys for customer satisfaction (Sales & After-Sales). - Collaborate with BDC, Marketing, and Sales to manage daily leads. - Perform tasks as directed by the Line Manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- At least bachelor’s degree. - Having experience with BITRIX24 platform is a big plus. - Possess knowledge of Google Looker Studio or other data management platforms is a plus. - Good at English in four skills. - Excellent at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - 3+ years of experience in CRM systems and marketing platforms. - Data-oriented work experience with good analytical capabilities is a plus. - Highly detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Effective verbal & written communication.
