-YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE • Team leader experience: 2 years, team size from 5 • Experience with:  e-commerce • Monitor and improve processes to improve KPIs, customer experience, and work productivity • Proactive at solve problem, Collaborate with other groups / departments to achieve business goals • Develop training plans for your team members. • Forecast of daily workload and peak time, plan to complete backlog but still maintain KPIs • English or Chinese: fluently

• Salary: nego (17-30M gross) • KPI bonus • 13 + 14th bonus • Annual trip  • 15 days annual leave • Insurance full gross salary

You will lead customer service team and provide the best customer -service to our customer. • 2+ Years of Experience in a Customer Service Leader position in the beverage industry • Fast learning and problem solving skills for early stage start-up.  • Understanding how and the organizational model of call center system, telesales • Ability to listen to understand English or Chinese, good communication. • Experience or knowledge of e-commerce is an advantage. • Work under pressure.
