- Respond to customer requests and inquiries via emails, live chat, messages, and outbound calls as needed. - Analyze customer requirements in order to improve customer relationships and experiences. - Collect customer feedback from various sources, such as surveys. - Determine risks associated with various approaches to business process change. - Implement business process improvement solutions to ensure the efficiency of customer service operations. - Give suggestions for how to improve processes. - In the system, record customer requests and follow-up actions. - Assist in the implementation of customer service channels and solutions for dealing with customer issues.
