* Customer Engagement & Support - Manage order processing across multiple channels, including hotline, email, website, and social media, ensuring thorough followup until order completion. - Address and resolve customer inquiries through prompt and effective service. regarding pricing, products, delivery, and services across all communication platforms effectively. - Analyze customer feedback, escalate issues as necessary, and implement resolutions within agreed timeframes to secure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Customer Relationship Management - Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to personalize interactions and support. - Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and create targeted retention campaigns. - Oversee customer lifecycle communications, including follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and educational content. * Customer Experience Operations - Design and optimize new processes and workflows to improve the overall customer flow. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements. - Monitor and adjust customer success metrics and processes to align with business objectives.

MAROU is among the first Bean-to-Bar artisanal chocolate makers in Asia, and one of the few in the world to make chocolate in the country of origin of the beans. It is the dream child of two unusual Frenchmen who call Vietnam home. By choosing single-origin dark chocolates, we decided to highlight the specific bean aromas of each terroir while controlling every step of the chocolate production, from the selection of the beans to the chocolate bar, to offer the best experience possible.

Our Single Origin chocolate bars are made with cacao sourced from six provinces in southern Vietnam: from north to south Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria, Tien Giang and Ben Tre. The climate, soil, and water of each province (call it terroir if you want) as well as the mix of cacao varieties and post-harvest practices contribute to the different flavors of each origin, which in turn make the different flavours of each bar.There are more provinces that grow cacao, and we are always interested in finding new farmers to work with and in encouraging new farmers to plant cacao in Vietnam.
