Job Description The ideal candidate will be excited about Pulling complex data from large scale database. Building metrics that are relevant to the focus of programs. Creating and automating business metrics reports using SQL, Excel, and MS Power Platform. Diving deep into data to generate insights to fix business issues and find opportunities for growth. Having strong interest in predicting, forecasting the future. Achieving a data-driven self-service organization. Innovating mechanisms to improve operational efficiency in BI team Key Responsibilities: Working with business partners (Growth/ Sales) to identify their BI needs. Maintaining and improving all relevant BI reports. Design automated data control processes. Collaborate with the software development team to build the designed solutions. Learn, publish, analyze, and improve management information dashboards, operational business metrics decks and key performance indicators. Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs. Provide in-depth analysis to management with the support of Growth, Sales teams
