MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
* POS Product codes: - Create codes for new products on POS in line with existing code system - Deactivate product codes which are no longer in sales - Follow up to ensure all product codes are consistent among stores * Bill of Materials (BOM): - Work closely with Kitchen team to create BOM for each products following the recipes - Calculate food cost of each product based on BOM - Ensure timely update and accuracy of BOM and food cost * Data coordination: - Ensure all the product movements of all stores are input/ output accurately on Bravo - Follow up with stores to ensure real time update on Bravo for products input/ output - Work closely with Inventory Control Coordinator to figure out discrepancies when needed * Operation support: - Support stores with Bravo input/ output when needed - Support stores with inventory check at the end of the month when assigned * Reporting: - Automate reportis to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information. - Present findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner. - Other tasks as assigned.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. - Good English communication skills - 2-3 years of experience at the same position in the F&B industry or related sectors. - Familiarity with data control software and system. - Understanding of F&B retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and pricing dynamics. - Experience in BOM and food cost calculation. - Have excellent organization, communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational and financial processes. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

MAROU is among the first Bean-to-Bar artisanal chocolate makers in Asia, and one of the few in the world to make chocolate in the country of origin of the beans. It is the dream child of two unusual Frenchmen who call Vietnam home. By choosing single-origin dark chocolates, we decided to highlight the specific bean aromas of each terroir while controlling every step of the chocolate production, from the selection of the beans to the chocolate bar, to offer the best experience possible.

Our Single Origin chocolate bars are made with cacao sourced from six provinces in southern Vietnam: from north to south Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria, Tien Giang and Ben Tre. The climate, soil, and water of each province (call it terroir if you want) as well as the mix of cacao varieties and post-harvest practices contribute to the different flavors of each origin, which in turn make the different flavours of each bar.There are more provinces that grow cacao, and we are always interested in finding new farmers to work with and in encouraging new farmers to plant cacao in Vietnam.
