• Learn and understand various trading strategies and tools, and conduct live trading under guidance and supervision; • Trading work mainly involves T+0 high-frequency trading of financial derivative products such as stock indices, forex, gold, and bitcoin; • Prepare well for the morning meeting every day, strictly follow the strategy execution; • Review and summarize after the trading session, summarize the trading situation and write trading logs; • System risk control, strictly abide by and execute risk trading rules to minimize risk and maximize returns.

• Negotiable salary (1000-5000USD) + performance bonus + other benefits, specifics depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience.  • The company provides all funds and software. • College degree or above • Major in financial, science and engineering and other related majors. • Familiar with common trading platforms such as TWS, MT4, MT5, cTrader, and have some understanding of programmatic trading, quantitative trading, and arbitrage trading. • Have more than 1 year of experience as a derivatives, cryptocurrency, securities, or fund trader. • Have a strong interest in trading and willing to devote time and energy to learn trading skills. • Possess basic quantitative analysis and data processing abilities. • Possess excellent stress resistance ability and can maintain a good and stable mentality in trading. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, willing to share and learn new knowledge and skills. • Have good professional ethics, strong learning ability, quick response, • Responsibility, and strong team cooperation awareness. • High sensitivity to numbers, meticulous, strong communication ability, strong execution, and strong self-control. • Possess English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, those with overseas study experience are preferred. Working time: from 11:00AM to 9:30 PM, specifically depending on the products being traded.
