Task 01: Driving and Managing Nike Development Department. - Lead and Evaluate result of project from Brand's and company base on short and long term strategy - Manage, monitor and update the product source plan, order plan/status Task 2: Managing and Review the Brand forecast order - Manage the product source plan, order plan/status refer to long range plan report - Overview Management for performance of FOTP/OTP sample order Task 3: Costing management - Optimization on the costing model refer Nike's project and requirement/standard. - Consolidate and review result of the analysis cost margin report base on Brand base. Task 4: Garment Lead time overall management Task 5: Supply Chain Management - Overview communication for all material quality concern with high risk and business forecast. - Negotiation the material pricing, subcontract pricing, lead time & payment term. Task 6: Manpower Resource Management& Department Activities
