* DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates of all marketing & communications activities to leverage reach/results together with Assistant Marcom Manager.
- Works with Graphic Designer and manages the creation and production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed.
- Assists with Marketing Planning (Budget, Digital Marketing, PR) for company’s properties.
- Plan & Executes the production of marketing collaterals, annual special events, all marketing activities.
- Creates & manages digital content including social media postings, website, email marketing.
- Supports & follows up on PR bookings & creation, award campaigns.
- Carries out partnership & sponsorship campaigns with KOLs, banks & Chambers of Commerce, and other partners.
- Assists in new product developments and marketing photo/video shoots.
- Supervises the production & distribution process of print and other marketing-related materials needed in hospitality including: brochures, menus, hotel collaterals.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
