- Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up with technicians for samples and test results - Prepare test reports to customer and sales - Send test reports to sales and customers - Interface with customer job status, and handle inquiries - Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentation - Follow the status of the sample from the subcontract - Follow the LMS program - Be responsible for activities in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by the Customer Service Manager and Lab Manager - Report all activities to Report Officer - Other duties relevant to this level are assigned by Report Officer.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or its equivalent - Experience in T.I.C service at least 1 year is an added advantage - Knowledge of testing and ISO17025 is an added advantage - English communication with B level or equivalent, - Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
