- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Food & Beverage at any time - Make sure to have proper set up as well as working station organization - Supervise and manage staff to run the operation - Have good communication between kitchen team and service team - Follow up MGallery Brand Standards on the service - Handle and follow up on any guests complains linked to beverage quality - Maintain and follow hygiene and safety rules in the entire process of the drinks preparation - Other tasks as assigned by Managers.

- Minimum of 2 year experience in the hospitality industry. - Excellent communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
