Guest Relation Officer Mia Saigon

- Responsible and accountable for all operations in relation to the Guest Relations section. All duties and tasks performed are to be procedurally correct, timely and consistently in order to ensure all the services delivered are as the top services. - To learn and understands very well all services/facilities/promotions offered to guests by Hotel and provides guests with concise information (a complete and thorough knowledge of all Hotel Outlets, with their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide). - To perform and encourage the personalized services culture within the team. - Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner. - Manage, record and resolve promptly Guest Issues. - To ensure related Guest Relations Reports are updated properly with precise information. - To attend promptly to guests’ inquiries and assists in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner. - To make sure Guest Relations Tasks are completed daily. - Working time: 05 days/week, 02 days off/ week
