* Duties and Responsibilities - Receive guests from Hostess/Guest relation. - Counseling and introducing customers to dishes, drinks, promotion, set menu, cigar … - Record order information from guest, reconfirm with guest the exact name of food - drinks, quantity, special requirements ... - Transfer order to cashier, kitchen, bar. - Serve customers with food and drink. - Check the dishes before serving the guests. - Willing to respond to the legitimate requests of customers and enthusiastically respond to customers' inquiries with a warm, amiable and considerate attitude to guests. - Make payment for customers in accordance with restaurant standards. - Remember the names and habits (foods, drinks, special requests) of vip guests or patrons to show appreciation and make them happy. - Clean up the dining table, set up a new table to prepare to serve the next guest. - Competitive salary - Full benefits - Service charge + tip -13th month salary, ceremony, Tet - The opportunity to experience high-end service.
