- In charge of opening or closing shift - Opening shift: fully clean and set up, make sure all the floors are ready 15 minutes before opening time. Check bar and kitchen items availability, then team briefing. Shift transfer at the middle of the Day. - Closing shift: Shift transfer, organize the team to reclean up all the floors and toilets, check bar and kitchen items availability, then team briefing. Closing expense and calculating money, cleaning up all service stations, water plants, and sending daily reports. - Provide excellent customer service to the guests - Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints - Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices - Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity - Handling POS and cashier station during the service - Able to access the POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing, etc - In charge of all the beverages research and development for the whole group outlets - Conduct daily as well as monthly inventories - Fill the weekly rosters - Record all restaurant expenses - In charge of collecting all the red invoices include pay by cash and by debt * Address: - 202 Pham Thai Buong, Tan Phong, District 7, HCMC

- Salary: 14.000.000 - 16.000.000/month. - We are looking for a professional, high-energy bar manager with excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of classical/signature cocktails. - The Bartender will greet customers, present the foods & drinks menu, explain the menu, prepare an deliver beverages to customers. You will also up-sell items, create recipes , utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties. - Fluent in English - To succeed as a Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
