MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
* Hostess Job Duties: - Welcoming customers + Greet guests as soon as they enter the restaurant. + Ask guests for table reservation information. - Receive information and direct guests to their seats +Receive guest's table reservation information and guide guests to pre-booked seats. + Coordinate other departments so that guests do not have to wait too long. + Agile behavior to serve promptly and as quickly as possible. - Answering and consulting questions for customers. + Hostess actively advises, introduces and recommends typical dishes/drinks of the restaurant based on the guests' interests/culture/age. + Guide guests to other areas in the restaurant's permission when the customer needs. + Record good and bad feedback from guests to summarize and then report to superiors. - Competitive salary - Full benefits - Service charge + tip - 13th month salary, ceremony, Tet - The opportunity to experience high-end service

- Over 2 years working experience in the international hotel or high-end restaurants. - Strong customers and associate communication skills - Strong strategic thinking, team leadership and management skills - Ability to stay calm and perform various tasks - Great time management Up-to-date knowledge of techniques and recipes - Able to understand and communicate in English - Other duties as required by superiors.
