IC Development  Collaborate with the local manager to oversee a team of IC verification engineers. Assume the role of project leader to ensure efficient project completion. Offer technical guidance to team members and mentor junior engineers. Execute IP and SOC verification, encompassing verification plan definition to coverage sign-off. Uphold the highest quality standards for the verification environment. Actively contribute to enhancing the verification flow. Study and stay updated on connectivity technologies like USB, UART, SPI, I2C, AHB, etc.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Hold over 10 years of experience in digital IC design. Demonstrate experience spanning from design to tape-out. Exhibit exceptional communication skills and proficiency in root cause analysis. Collaborate effectively within a team and inspire fellow team members. Familiarity with system Verilog and UVM verification methodology. Prior team management experience is advantageous. Knowledge and prior experience with microcontroller and graphics processor products are desirable.
