Responsible for managing the infrastructure of MSG Group and all hospitals in system Performs analysis of IT operation needs and contributes to design of data center architecture, infrastructure across the number of hospitals Responsible for the group that maintains IT hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals and wiring Handle the troubleshooting Infrastructure Works with vendors to ensure the IT Infrastructure provides sufficient resources to deliver the desired level of business performance. Evaluates IT infrastructure requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations, monitors and maintains infrastructure stability Maintains Infrastructure equipment inventory and manages hardware life-cycle Develop, maintain and provide backup plan for all if system down as well as security system. Build the report system for incident and accident arising Optimize the capacity of system Manage and operate the WAN-LAN network, mail system  Support end users at office in trouble solving in printer, laptop, wireless … Set up new IT equipment for new employee (finger print, face ID, …)
