* IT Management support: - Support & advice IT team, IT Systems to mapping with business strategy - Requirements from CTO, BOD, Head of Projects * Project Management: - Coordinates with all stakehokder & pro-active join to all concurrent projects. - Joins almost meeting with partners, vendors & BUs. - Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to schedule, and scope of project, budgets. - Develops, maintains, tracks and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing. - Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. - Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information of the projects and trends as needed to prepare project status reports. - Performs other related duties as assigned

- As least 3 years with Project Managemer or Project cordinator. - Good Knowledge bases about IT Application, ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, Sales, DWH... - Highly teamwork and manage members's workload - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working on E-Commerce channel - SQL, Report, Database Skills - Report with high approciate - Multitasking skills * Nice to have: - Support write BRD if needed - Can support more on SQL, BI - Practice/hands on on above applications/systems * Spirit: - Leadership - Teamwork. - Ready to learn, share, open & proactive. - Working on pressure with minimal supervision. - Focus on result.
