MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Complete daily sales team operation management - Lead the sales team to complete monthly/quarterly KPI requirements. - Achieve personal monthly/quarterly KPI requirements. - Give presentation in Seminars, Webinars, and Events. - Assist/independently complete staff training. - Support Country Manager to complete business and daily negotiation. - Support Country Manager in internal work, management and training of staff. 完成销售团队日常运营管理工作。领导销售团队完成月度/季度考核要求。完成个人月度/季度KPI考核要求。主持线下，线上讲座与公司市场活动。协助/独立完成员工培训。协助总监完成商务对接和日常沟通。协助总监进行日常工作，管理和人员培训。

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- University degree or above - Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 600 certificate or Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing. HSK Level 5 or 6, TOCFL Level B (Grade 4 or above) - Keen thinker, able to understand and execute well the requirements of leadership Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team - 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferred. - Experience working with financial securities or sales staff is preferred. 大学本科以上学历英语听说读写流利。IELTS 6.5 或TOEIC 600 的证书或流利的中文听说读写能力。HSK 5级或6级，TOCFL B级（4级以上）思维敏锐，能够理解并执行好领导的要求。积极主动，能够独立工作和团队合作。 1年以上类似岗位工作经验者优先，有金融证券或销售人员工作经验者优先。
