Safety inspections and training (40%) - Coordinate with Training and Admin Departments in developing and implementation compliance safety trainings as legal requirement. - Assist Store Labour safety officers to do routine safety inspections and follow up corrective action in regular labour safety committee meetings - Support and check 5S compliance at store and office and record good and improvement practices - Conduct regular safety inspection at stores (weekly, monthly)  - Support Labour safety manager in preparing labour reporting data  - Support operation in hazard identification and risk assessment, follow up and inspection proposed corrective and preventive actions "                         Accident and incident investigation (40%) - Participate and support store labour safety officers in accident investigation - Review Risk assessment when there is an incident happens - Follow up corrective and prevention plan of investigation report with other relevant departments."                Other duties (20%) - Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Deputy Manager.

Working time: 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri (1 Saturday of the month and 1 WFH day per week)

- University or college degree - Fresh graduate or 1 - 3 years of labor safety experience. - Knowledge of related labor safety regulations and laws of Vietnam.         - Understanding of management system (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)         - English good (reading & writing)
