CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Supervises, assists and reviews the work for the Manager. - Follows and translates for the Manager in every meeting. - Translates documents from English to Vietnamese and vice versa. - Manages products on Shopee official malls: write descriptions, work with Design team for thumbnails and body pictures. - Contacts outsourced stakeholders for quotation and makes orders - Should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Working time: Monday to Friday: 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturday: 9:00 - 13:00 Working place: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

REQUIREMENTS - Fluent in English: IELTS 6.5, TOEIC 800, or relevant English certification at that level. - High responsibility for work. - Teamwork spirit. - Be a careful, honest, and quick learner. - Have a quick sense at work to follow up with the CEO and Manager. - Strong organizational skills, especially multitasking. - A calm manner and good interpersonal skills to adapt easily to pressure. - Without experience will be trained. - Have experiences in content work or E-commercials are highly recommended, otherwise you will be trained. - Submit CV in English.
