Capture market trends and conduct competitive research to develop effective marketing strategies. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness and positive customer interaction. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing campaigns align with sales objectives and support customer acquisition and retention. Propose innovative and creative methods to enhance marketing effectiveness and create differentiation for the brand Create, deliver, edit and optimize marketing materials (banners, leaflets, brochures, backdrops, etc.). Assist with distribution of marketing material & maintenance of existing company marketing materials. Be in charge of updating company website, Fan page, Facebook all information related to marketing and HR, events, activities, etc. Writing/ creating PR articles Support Prepare marketing for team events Other tasks assigned by Line Manager/General Manager

- Experience &Knowledge: 3-4 years of experience in marketing, Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods - Qualifications & Essential Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent. Fluent in written and spoken English language. Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to respect tight deadlines and work under pressure. Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds. Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy. Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions. Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
