JOB DESCRIPTION ● Reserve services from suppliers for each booking. ● Communicate with Sales Teams to ensure smooth Operations and Reservation. ● Provide feedback and coach: guides, vehicle, and suppliers to minimize complaints and our environmental impacts. ● Discuss with our supplier about our responsible tourism commitments and requirements ● Attend scheduled meeting with Operations Team. ● Attend staff training . ● Raise hot issue/s with solution to Supervisor/ Manager.

OTHER INFO • Probation time: 2 months • Working time: 7.5hours per day, 5 days per week • Training opportunities: Participate in all online training programs of Nordic Travel Associated Aps • Colleagues: Work in a friendly working environment and good team building activities • Annual leave: 12 days of annual leave and can be carried to the next year • Benefits: 13th month salary up to the business performance of each year. • Other extras : Other benefits according to the festive seasons will be shared at the interview

Qualifications:

● At least 1 years experience at the same position will be advantage. ● Good command over verbal & written English. Chinese is a plus. ● Experience in Travel Company and Operations Task ● Excellent skills in Microsoft Office & Travel software      ● Interest and/or experience in the travel industry  ● Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus        Skills: ● Very detail oriented and service minded ● Good communication and execution skills.
