1/ Outbound Customs Clearance staff: In charge of handling customs clearance for export shipments for Customer: Samsung Electronics – SEHC - Register & open Customs Declaration (CD) on VNACCS system for normal export, domestics export, and courier express service (both sea and air) - Double check Customer’s EDI information to correct, input missing information of CD on VNACCS - Prepare the export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Sales Contract, etc.) on behalf of Customer; collect other shipment document (booking, B/L, C/O etc) to send to vendor and to upload into VNACCS to complete CD; - Get the assigned nomination code on VNACCS to transfer CD to VASSCM system at seaports - Follow up Customs Clearance process at site (seaports, airports) with vendor to ensure the smooth customs liquidation on time - Resolve trouble / issue regarding job's scope - Fulfil other tasks and assignments given by direct manager, local management 2/ Inbound Customs Clearance staff: -Takes responsibility for customs clearance scope - Control Import customs clearance - Receiving B/L, A/N, D/N by email from Ops team every day, - Check information on B/L (Term, Q'ty) & requested data - If matching, create system. If not matching, send Email to SEHC-PUR / SEHC-CC / fwder for re-checking. - Interface data from SAP sys to Vnaccs for 3PL declare customs clearance - Send email (B/L, INV, PKL, ANNEX, A/N) to 3PLs for action. - If non system, case by case getting confirm by SEHC-CC. - Dealing with daily issue - Input Cello system - Special assignment from Leader

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: - College or university graduated, preferred in customs clearance - Background knowledge in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding industry. (b) EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 1 years of similar job position, preferred customs clearance position in a production, logistics or freight forwarding company. (c) SKILLS: - Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication & interpretation - Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint) - Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working - Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system - Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task - Able to work overtime.
