- Maintain relationship with existing and potential clients. - Any other ad-hoc tasks / duties as assigned - Track orders from the time the order is placed to the time it is delivered. - Work proactively with relevant departments in the factory to ensure delivery schedule. - Receive requests from customers. - Follow up the processing orders and requests of customers. - Solve arising problems related to orders.
