- Checking export shipment progress from booking confirmation. - Sending daily trucking plan to LSP. - Work with LSP/Carriers to ensure smooth container for loading schedule as planned. - Work with SEHC to ensure smooth container for loading schedule as planned. - Preparing daily container In/Out Status Report to send internally and to SEHC (Samsung Electronics.) - Timely following, updating and sending delay notice, misconnection notice (if any) from Carriers to related parties. - following up with SEHC, local management request, solving export container issue - Fulfil other tasks given by immediate supervisor or local management - Making weekly report of trucking tasks - Making LSP's weekly KPI report for management

(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: - College or University graduated, preferred in economics / commercial foreign trade - Background in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding is an advantage. - Fluent in English (reading / speaking / listening) - Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system - Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task - Able to work overtime (b) EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 01-2 year of experience for equivalent position, preferred export container trucking operator position in production company, shipping lines or logistics / freight forwarders (c) SKILLS: - Proficient in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint) - Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working
