We are seeking a skilled Payment Gateway Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with payment gateway account opening, such as Momo, ViettelPay, ZaloPay, AirPay, Payoo, VNPay, Bankplus, 123Pay, Timo, OnOnPay, and other payment gateway companies. The Payment Gateway Account Manager will be responsible for helping our existing companies open payment gateway company accounts and monitoring daily settlement coming in to ensure funds settle on time. In addition, the Payment Gateway Account Manager should be capable of handling customer requests, managing complaints, gathering related information, and improving service processes.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in payment gateway account opening, customer service, or related fields. Familiarity with payment gateways such as Momo, ViettelPay, ZaloPay, AirPay, Payoo, VNPay, Bankplus, 123Pay, Timo, OnOnPay, and other payment gateway companies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
