Manage QA team, leading, training, motivating and reviewing team members Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products Develop, execute and maintain software test plans Develop and execute detailed test procedures and test cases Generate test report to manager and customer Collaborate with developer to identify and solve product issue Research principle and new technologies on QC Cooperate with other team member to complete projects on time

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Minimum education level: College diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Experience of software testing process, developing and managing test cases and test plans, producing test report Experience in building/managing/leading team Experience in both Manual and Automation testing Experience in various testing levels (functional, performance, security,...) Experience in using various testing tools and frameworks Experience in various software development life cycle, e.g. Waterfall, Agile,... Nice to have: Experience in working with complete system, including hardware, firmware (embedded), software, mobile, server, web,... Good knowledge in quality standard, e.g. ISO Able to communicate fluently in both English and Vietnamese Meticulous, careful and creative thinking
