Position purpose: Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures for entire Supply Chain to correct or improve the company's final products and processes in order to meet customer satisfaction through established quality standards and compliance.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. PRODUCTS CONFORMITY
Ensure that incoming inspection of importing is properly done on all supplies.
Evaluate the product quality, to execute lab tests and self-declaration application.
Confirm the new items matching with local related regulation on Raw Material, Product information on packing / Leaflet, etc.
Work with plants QA to understand material knowledge to advise for MKT & Sales as well as customers if any.
B. PACKAGING
Set up the packing procedures with the MKT & Sales departments and ensure that the packaging is developed so that no damage will occur to the products during storage and transportation to the distributors.
Make sure the VN label on products comply with Vietnam regulations.
C. QUALITY AUDIT IN WAREHOUSES
Organize regular quality audits at the warehouses in order to make sure that the overall product quality as well as the packaging meet Tupperware standards.
Record all the findings and instruct re-control in case of failure.
Initiate corrective actions when needed.
Ensure that incoming inspection for TPS products are made.
D. QUALITY COMPLAINT FOLLOW-UP
Be the contact point for the marketing and sales organization in terms of product quality and complaints.
Analyze the complaints and take the necessary actions to respond the customers.
Initiate the appropriate form and record all data related to the quality complaint.
Report on a monthly basis the quality complaints status to the Area Quality Assurance Director.
Issue a monthly report on the quality complaints of the whole area and send this report to management.
Customer complaints are included & reviewed monthly.
E. SHIPPING AND IMPORTATION
Work with forwarder to ensure complete the procedures and import documents (Customs declaration form, invoice, Packing list, B/L, C/O...).
Contact warehouse to guide delivery shipments as planned.
Solve problems incurred in the delivery and receipt of goods.
Save documents and supply to state agencies request for inspection.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
