Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor Q2 CÔNG TY TNHH MARCEL GROUP

- Greet cheerfully and escort customers to a right table. - Understand to present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies) - Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware. - Inform customers about the month’s specials. - Offer menu recommendations upon request and remind customer for their allergies. - Up-sell additional products when appropriate. - Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization. Always remember to double check the order. - Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff. - Serve food and drink orders. - Check food, drink and service satisfaction during the meal. - Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area. - Deliver checks and collect bill for payments. - Double check guest satisfaction and taking direct feedbacks from customers to report to your manager if any. - Able to carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning. - Follow all relevant health department regulations. - Provide excellent customer service to guests. - Regularly attend meeting and training required by restaurant. - Execute tasks that assigned by superior levels. - Able to access POS Back Office system to edit menu, pricing,... - Able to do e-invoice. - Handling POS and cashier station during the service(cash in-out, card machine, purchasing report). - In charge of opening or closing shift - In charge of food delivery system. - Record delivery orders and total income of each supplier every month. - Able to solve all the customer’s complaints in associate with the manager if needed. - Getting and pushing service team to get reviews(mainly on TA). - In charge of training new trainee and reporting to the manager. - Checking service equipment inventory occasionally to send order to the manager. - Able to be relocated to other branches by Marcel group. - Being able to replace missing position when needed. - In charge of products inventory in every end of the month. * Address: - 19A Ngo Quang Huy, Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC

- Salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000/month.
