Key Responsibilities Support sales staff in processing orders, entering orders, and managing customer and partner profiles in the system Compose, update, and edit business documents such as bids, quotes, contracts, and other administrative documents Receive and resolve customer feedback related to business operations Communicate with clients and suppliers to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
