Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients , offering quotes to current and prospective clients, and service negotiation with customers Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction , Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one. Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses Supervise sales team daily to retain existing relationships Responsible for motivate and direct the Sales team goals to aid in achieving targets Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Educating sales team with presentations of strategies and regular meetings
